Scecchitano Residence Front Porch & Rear DeckThe Challenge: To seamlessly integrate a new front porch and rear deck onto an existing home reflecting the client's lifestyle and leisure activities. After interviewing the homeowners and doing several studies, a design was developed and put forth that satisfied all of their criteria and fit into the Town of East Fishkill's stringent code requirements.
