Coxen Residence RenovationsThe Challenge: To Develope a floor design that did away with the house's small spaces and compartmentalized feel. Working with the homeowners, WPD developed a design for both floors that met their criteria. Along with the open floorplan design, 3 exterior remodeling designs were developed. When the concept work was finished and the presentation designs offered, what was decided upon was a beautiful, spacious, modern home that returned in equity the invested capital and afforded the owners comfort and enjoyment. |
